Eligibility: The GMC Trade Secret Sweepstakes 2 (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older or of the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, and located in the U.S. at the time of entry. Void elsewhere and where prohibited by law.
Promotion Period: The Promotion begins at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on May 3, 2010 and
ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on June 14, 2010 (the "Promotion Period").
How to Enter: During the Promotion Period, go to the Website and follow the on-screen directions to enter (“Online Entry”). Entrants must complete all required information. Entrants may be asked a trivia question, but a correct answer is not required to receive an Online Entry. Once you have completed the required information, follow the on-screen instructions to see if you are an instant winner. After you have seen if you are an instant winner, you will automatically be entered into the Grand Prize Drawing. If you receive a winning message, you are a potential winner of the prize indicated, subject to confirmation and verification by the Administrator and compliance with the Official Rules. You are not a winner until your prize claim is validated and you receive official written notification from the Administrator. Instant Win prizes will be randomly seeded throughout the Promotion Period.
LIMIT ONE (1) ONLINE ENTRY PER PERSON/E-MAIL ADDRESS/DAY. For purposes of this Promotion, a day is defined as a 24-hour period beginning at 12:00 am ET and ending at 11:59 pm ET.
Sharing Entry. After you have entered the Promotion via Online Entry, you may receive an additional entry into the Grand Prize Drawing by clicking on the link to share the promotion (“Sharing Entry”). To receive the additional entry, you must click on the sharing link on the screen. LIMIT ONE (1) SHARING ENTRY PER PERSON/EMAIL ADDRESS/PER DAY.
Grand Prize Drawing:
On or about 06/14/10, the Administrator will conduct a
random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the entire Promotion Period.
Prizes, Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”):
One (1) Grand Prize: 2-hour visit by celebrity Eric Stromer at Winner’s residence where Eric Stromer will help with a home improvement project, and $1,000 to be used towards home improvement purchases. In no event will Sponsor be liable for more than $1,000. (ARV: $1,000). Exact date of event will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, subject to Eric Stromer’s availability. Sponsor reserves the right to videotape the event for advertising/marketing purposes.
Forty two (42) Instant Win Prizes (one per day): $50 Lowe’s Gift card. Total ARV of all prizes is $3,100. Gift Cards are subject to issuer’s terms and conditions. Instant Win prizes will be sent to winners 4-6 weeks after the Promotion Period ends.
LIMIT ONE (1) INSTANT WIN PRIZE PER PERSON/EMAIL ADDRESS. At the Sponsor’s discretion, unclaimed prizes may not be awarded.
