Once you do it's neat, you can go to the site and enter your membership # and set up a weigh loss goal and they also will give you a menu for the week or month telling you what you should eat and how much. If you don't like the items you can pick something else.
Oh and also if you refer people or if you go to the gym 3 times a week for 3 months you get points and you can buy things there like supplements, bars, vitamins, etc. So if anybody decides to go sign up and ya feel like telling them my name I would love you! LOL
