Sesame Salmon Spread
Ingredients
1 pkg (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
2 Tbl lemon juice
1 can (14-3/4 ounces) salmon, drained, and remove bones & skin
1/4 cup sour cream
1 garlic clove, minced
2 Tbl sesame seeds
2 Tsp Liquid Smoke (optional)
1 Tsp minced fresh cilantro
1 Tsp minced fresh parsley
1/3 Tsp dill weed
1/4 Tsp salt
1/8 Tsp pepper
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and lemon juice until fluffy. Add remaining ingredients and stir until blended. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Serve with crackers. Refrigerate leftovers in a covered container or bowl.
