Wish someone would make me a big ol' pot of home-made chicken noodle soup, datenut bread and a crispy salad. . .since that's pretty unlikely, we'll prolly have some kinda takeout.

Today is my son's 28th birthday. So, I made him turkey burgers (we didnt have them yesterday), mashed potatoes and gravy, and stove top stuffing and corn. He loved it. Had cheesecake for dessert.

Well, no one volunteered to make me chicken noodle soup so, I made my own soup - hot and sour soup. . .I chopped all the fixin's while sitting on the couch tho. . .didn't have the energy to stand up and do it in the kitchen. It came out very well and may have knocked a bit of my head congestion out for at least a little while.
