Deviled eggs are my family's favorite and they love mine.
10 eggs (poke a small hole in the end of each egg before boiling, easier to peel)
While boiling move them around in the pan occasionally to have the yolk stay as much in the middle as possible.
Peel eggs and cut each in half placing yolk in separate bowl
Mix yolk with:
1 c Mayonaise or Miracle Whip(my fav)
1 c Horseradish sauce
1 tsp dry mustard (you can use regular mustard too)
Mix yolks as much as possible with ingredients and fill each egg with the mix
Sprinkle with paprika and parsley and serve
You can also decorate with paprika (orange) and pepper (black) for Halloween!
