Garlic-Chive Baked Fries
Cut 4 medium russet potatoes into 1/4-inch julienne strips. Rinse well and pat dry. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon olive oil and sprinkle with 4 teaspoons dried minced chives, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder and 1/4 teaspoon pepper; toss to coat. Arrange in a single layer on two 15 by 10-inch baking pans coated with nonstick cooking spray.
Bake at 450 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned, turning once. Makes 4 servings.
