Ham and Swiss Tortilla Wrap
Ham and Swiss Tortilla Wrap2 tablespoons cream cheese and pineapple spread
1 large flour tortilla
1 tablespoon salad dressing
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 sliced deli honey baked ham
2 slices Swiss cheese
1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts
Lettuce leaves
spread cream cheese on tortilla. In small bowl, mix salad dressing and mustard. Spread thin layer over cream cheese. Layer remaining ingredients in order given. Leaving ends open, roll up tightly from one side. Slice diagonally into 3 or four pieces. Serves 2.
Per serving: 320 calories, 21.8 fat grams.
