Dru, could your high cholesteral be from your other medicines? I use to have normal cholesteral but since I was first diagnosed with cancer, it's gone up. I'm sure mine is from some of the drugs I have been on.

I've had the same thought cross my mind. I don't know if they could or not but you never know what can happen when you mix medicines together.

Thanks Nan, I can try additional fiber, what kind of supplements do you think might help? Of course I would have to check with the Doctor to make sure I could take them.

The other 20% you have some control over....watch how much animal products you eat which are the only foods that contain cholesterol.
