Niceicon Amish Custard Pie - Very Easy

AMISH CUSTARD PIE

Ingredients:
1/3 C Sugar
2 Ts Flour
1/2 Ts Salt
3 Eggs
3 C Milk
1/4 Ts Nutmeg
1 9" unbaked pie shell

Directions:

Combine sugar, flour, salt and eggs and mix until smooth. Heat milk to boiling point. Add 1 cup hot milk to egg mixture. Pour that into the remaining hot milk. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle nutmeg over top. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45-60 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
