Eligibility: Pottery Barn $5,000 Holiday Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia and excluding Colorado) and Canada (excluding Quebec), who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Void in CO, Quebec, and where prohibited by law.
Timing: The Sweepstakes begins on October 5, 2011 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and
ends on November 30, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period"). Administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
How to Enter: During the Promotion Period, follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form, including a valid home address, email address and phone number. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. You automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
Limit: Each participant may enter one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than one (1) entry per day by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
Tell A Friend Program: After you enter the Sweepstakes, you will be invited to submit the names and email addresses of up to three (3) friends who must be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. Each person that you refer will receive an email notifying him or her about the Sweepstakes. You may only refer persons with whom you have an existing relationship. For each referral of up to three (3) friends with valid email addresses, you will be given one (1) additional entry into the Sweepstakes up to a total of three (3) additional entries per day during the Promotion Period.
Grand Prize Drawing: Administrator is an independent judging organization, whose decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the selection of the potential winner are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
Administrator will
randomly select the potential Grand Prize winner from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period,
on or around December 1, 2011. The potential winner will be notified by mail, email or phone. Except where prohibited, the potential Grand Prize winner (parent/legal guardian if a winner is a minor in his/her place of residence) will be required to sign and return a Declaration of Compliance, Liability and Publicity Release (or Declaration of Compliance, if potential winner is a Canadian resident), which must be received by Administrator, within seven (7) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim the prize. If the potential winner is a Canadian resident, he/she will be required to answer a time limited skill testing question without assistance, in order to be eligible to receive the prize. Receiving the prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. Prize will be fulfilled approximately 8-10 weeks after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes.
Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A $5,000 USD Pottery Barn Gift Card if the winner is a U.S. resident. If winner is a resident of Canada, the gift card will be worth the equivalent of $5,000 USD but will be issued in CAD, exchange rate determined on the date the gift card is issued. If winner is a resident of Canada the gift card must be redeemed in store. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5,000 USD. Terms and conditions of gift cards apply. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
