YoKids and The Lorax Sweepstakes
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on February 1, 2012 and ends at 11:59 p.m. (EST) on March 31, 2012 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).Only one (1) entry per person per email address. Limit two (2) entries per household for the Seed Prize.
To enter, visit www.yokidsyogurt.com during the Sweepstakes Period. Navigate to the Sweepstakes entry page, (i) complete the entry form, including your full name and e-mail address; and (ii) confirm that you are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry in the Sweepstakes (or in the case you reside in a jurisdiction where the age of majority is greater than 18 years of age such age of majority under the laws of that jurisdiction). If you want to receive the Seed Prize (as explained below), you must also enter your mailing address.
The first 15,000 eligible entrants who enter their mailing address will win the Seed Prize. One grand prize winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) will be randomly selected on or about April 2, 2012 to win the Grand Prize.
Seed Prize. The first 15,000 eligible entries received will win a packet of organic basil seeds and 3 $1.00 coupons for Stonyfield products – $1.00 off any 1 YoKids® product, $1.00 of any 1 YoKids® Greek product, and $1.00 off any 4 Stonyfield 6 oz adult yogurt cups (“Seed Prize”). Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Seed Prize is $0.60.
Grand Prize. One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:
- Screening of Dr. Seuss’ The Lorax (“Screening”): Reservation of a theater in the metropolitan market closest to Grand Prize Winner’s hometown (as determined by Prize Contributor) accommodating up to 100 attendees (each a “Guest” and collectively “Guests”). Screening shall take place no later than 4/30/12 and specific location, date and time is subject to Sponsor & Prize Contributor’s scheduling.
Garden for School:A garden consisting of fruits, vegetables, and/or other plants (“Garden”) dedicated in his/her name at an accredited public, private or parochial school that is organized and operates primarily for educational purposes for grades kindergarten through sixth grade, has tax-exempt status, is located in the continental United States.
If chosen as the Grand Prize Winner, the Grand Prize Winner will select up to five (5) Schools, and Sponsor will work with its subcontractor to determine which School is most appropriate for the Garden. If none of the Grand Prize Winner’s selected Schools are appropriate, then Sponsor and Sponsor’s subcontractor will choose another School.
Collectively, “Grand Prize.” ARV of the Grand Prize is $7,000.
Sponsor will attempt to notify the entrant who is selected as potential Grand Prize Winner by e-mail within five (5) business days of the winner’s selection.
