Strawberry Fruit Dip
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup whipping cream
Assorted fresh fruit
In a blender, combine the strawberries, sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Cover and process until smooth.
In a small mixing bowl, beat cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into strawberry mixture. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve with fruit. Yield: 1-1/2 cups.
