Default Social Security Administration Issues New Fibromyalgia Disability Ruling

Most days, I manage to lead a fairly normal life. Then I have days like today, when I wonder if there is any part of me that doesn't hurt. I don't think I am ready to apply for disability, but there may be others that are reading, or that you know, that could use this info.

just heard today ZERO, AKA BO, is sneaking in a 1% fee (in Jan) for all direct deposit gov't checks. They are all required to be direct deposit already. I already lose most of my SS to taxes.

What amazes me is the article mentions the fact that one should seek an attorney that specializes in soc sec disability . I mean why isn't a diagnosis and medical records enough to confirm and ultimately approve ss benefits

I agree! Most applicants are denied the first time they apply, which I didn't hear until after I applied, plus
you need to be disabled for a year or be expected to die before they will even consider your application.
I didn't use a lawyer. We couldn't afford one and didn't want them taking any of the benefits.
