Each time during the Sweepstakes Period that the
#18 stock racing car bearing the M&M’S Brand paint scheme wins a race that is part of the NASCAR 2012 Sprint Cup Series, a drawing will be conducted for one Grand Prize from among all eligible entries received before noon ET on the day that the race is held. A
maximum of five Race Win Drawings will be held regardless of the number of races won by the M&M’S #18 car. There will be also be one additional drawing on or about November 27 from among all eligible entries received during the sweepstakes period.
