Ham and Vegetable Casserole
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup cubed ham
1 1/2 cup rice, cooked
3 green onions, chopped
1 1/2 cup chopped cooked broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup milk
2 slices white bread
2 Tbsp. margarine
Directions:
Layer rice, ham, onion, and broccoli in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Combine soup, cheese, and milk; spread over broccoli. Bake at 375 degrees F for 20 minutes. Make coarse bread crumbs with bread slices. Saute crumbs in margarine over medium heat until light brown, stirring often. Sprinkle over casserole and bake 15 minutes longer.
