Wowmarker Sweet Honey Blues - Easy & Quick

Sweet Honey Blues
A sweet and sassy finger food

12 ounces Gorgonzola or other blue-veined cheese, chilled
24 Gourmet crackers (any type)
1 to 2 ounces honeycombs, cut into 24 pieces
Walnut pieces or slices, toasted

Cut cheese into 24 slices and place on crackers. Top each with one piece of honeycomb and sprinkle with walnuts.

Cooks tip: Regular honey without the comb can be substituted. Drizzle
1/2 teaspoon over the cracker & cheese and then sprinkle with walnuts.

Sounds delicious! Honeycomb...does one have to cut wax up and eat it or what? The concept is alien to me.
