Well, if it has to be a Linksys WRT54G 54Mbps Wireless-G Cable/DSL Broadband Router than Outpost(Fry's) has it for $39.99 w/free shipping.

I prefer, and use, the NETGEAR WGR614 Cable/DSL 54 Mbps Wireless Router, 802.11g for ease of use and NO problems.

Check Best Buy - $39.99 w/ free shipping too.

http://mybargainbuddy.com/store/bestbuy?afsrc=1 (search for WGR614)

That's just me though

Maybe your a fan of Belkin products? If so this one is a good deal on a good wireless router @ Comp USA.

The Belkin 802.11g Wireless Cable/DSL Gateway Router lets users share files and a broadband Internet connection among their computers-without using networking cables.

Add to cart for $39.99 - $20 Gift Card (Ends 9/23) = $19.99

Thanks everyone! After researching again...I have a D Link for a laptop. What can I put in my Dell desktop to adapt to this so I don't have to run the cable for the comcast connection? I woudl like to make it a wireless connection. Is this possible?

Thanks so much!

Either a wireless desktop card like this one @ CC for 39.99 which would need to be installed in a pci slot.

Or go with a wireless USB type, still @ CC for $39.99 and just plug it into a USB port.

These are just CC prices, I'm @ work trying not to goof off to much

Ok, that is awesome! Is that compatable with the D Link wireless Router?

Thanks again!

Sorry I didn't have more time to look further, but I do now....

Depending on your D-Link router model (Wireless 108G, Wireless G, or Wireless 108AG) D link makes a USB wireless adapter. Here is the D-Link page link:

I would try the one @ Best Buy first, it's $44.99 but looks like it may be the right one.

Good luck
