I have a funny story to share. I came home from work to find a box of flowers from proflowers on my porch. I go in, open em up, admire them, pop em in a vase and grab the card. I start reading the card, which contained quite a lengthy personal love message that I thought was adorable. It was signed "love Trace." All fine and good, except my husbands name is Curtis. Whoops. My husband is, of course, out of town, so I cannot confirm with him the card contents, if in fact he ordered me the flowers that arrived, if the message was from him, and maybe they just signed the card wrong. I call proflowers
and their line is busy. I call my husband and thank his answering machine for the beautiful flowers and the thoughtful card. I then ask him, exactly what did he write on the card. he tells me he thanked me for being a great wife and he was looking forward to our upcoming trip out of town together. Hmmm. So I call proflowers
and I get a very nice person (a human even) who looks up the order number on the card and tells me that sure enough someone else got my flowers and card, and I got hers. She resolved it nicely by telling me to keep the wrong flowers that were sent, refunded my husbands money, AND they will resend the original order... How nice is that? Thats great customer service. Good thing, they would not have wanted to hear from my husband. The flowers are beautiful, even if they are not what I ordered, and I cannot wait to see the flowers and card he wrote for me.
