I have gotten one phone call from my cell, and it was a paticular religious group calling to bring me by a book. I must have signed up for something on their site, cause they came ringing at my front door when i didn't answer the phone and asked for by me by my nickname.

If you have Caller ID, you can see the number calling and ignore it
if you don't recognize it. Lots of these companies numbers don't
display on the ID either and that's a sure sign you don't want to
talk to them.

About that pay phone site...what if they trace it back somehow that people are abusing that? I mean could someone report ppl on sites like this that are abusing the pay phones and the company sue? Just a thought...I dunno
I have been doing the "freebie" thing for over 8 years and have received only ONE call from a company and that was a lady that sold dog treats and she wanted to know what size dog I had so she could send the right size treats. Very nice lady & my dog loved her treats.
