I make these on holidays and weekends. They are made the night before and are great when paired with a breakfast casserole that's also made the night before. Makes for an easy Christmas morning breakfast.
Shortcut Cinnamon Rolls
20 frozen rolls
1/4 cup instant vanilla pudding mix
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup melted butter
chopped pecans (optional)
Start by lightly spraying or greasing a bundt pan.
Arrange rolls in pan. Sprinkle brown sugar and pudding mix over rolls. Pour melted butter over the toppings. Add pecans.
Cover with a damp towel and let rise overnight on your countertop.
In the morning preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 25 minutes. Immediately invert on to a serving plate. Serve warm.
