This is the BEST chocolate! They ship it within 7 days of making it. I can't eat See's candy anymore. This stuff spoiled me!

Why am I making such a big deal about freshness?

The answer is simple. When it comes to chocolates, fresher is better. Chocolate is not like wine, it does not improve with age; in fact, the opposite is true, as chocolate ages, taste begins to suffer.

How will you recognize the fabulous taste of fresh chocolates?
  1. Our fillings are soft and smooth, not hard and dry, which often happens to chocolates as they age.
  2. Our fillings are designed not to separate from our chocolates' deliciously thin outer shell. (This is another problem that often occurs as chocolates age.)
  3. We do not take the water out of our chocolate making process. This allows us to retain the fresh taste that "off-the-shelf" manufacturers try to imitate by using oils, fats and other additives.
