Some stores that offer freebies w/purchase of a certain dollar amount
won't give you the freebie if you use a GC to offset the amount you
finally pay. Seems unfair to me. Lots of times you receive a GC as
a gift. Which means the giver paid $ for the GC. So why isn't the
GC just like handing over $ towards a total purchase in order to
qualify for the freebie?? The store got it's full amount for the
purchase and should hand over the freebie!!!!!!!!!!

Am I making sense? Has this happened to anyone on MBB?
