Linda, the cost is $9.99 and you'll save $4 if you use the coupon that's in Sunday's coupons. I think it was in the Proctor and Gamble coupons. Then you get $6 in ECB's back to use. So really you have to pay $5.99, and I think it takes about 48 hours for your Extra Care card to update and your $6 goes on that to spend however you want at CVS.
