Karen - Question about Perfume Emporium
Karen, do you have a contact name at Perfume Emporium? The reason I ask is I placed an order with them on 11/22 and used one of your discount codes. The order totalled $54.99. They charged my debit card on 11/24. I never received an order confirmation from them. On 11/30, I noticed that they credited the total amount back to my debit card. Still no communication from them at all. I sent them an email yesterday to their order status email address, but still haven't heard anything back from them. I've ordered from PE before and have never had a problem. I am concerned about this order though because I placed the order for a family member and they have already paid me for it. Any help you provide would be greatly appreciated!
