1. HOW TO ENTER: The Happy New Gear Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins at 6:00p.m. (Pacific Time ["PT"]) on Tuesday, December 5, 2006, and ends at 11:59p.m. (PT) on Wednesday, December 27, 2006 ("Sweepstakes Period"). Beginning Tuesday, December 5, 2006, at 6:00p.m. (PT), you may enter this Sweepstakes via the Internet by providing all required information, including where the winner can be contacted on or after the drawing date (specified below). Incomplete, illegible, false or deceptive entries are void.
ONLY ONE ENTRY PER PERSON WILL BE ACCEPTED. All entries must be received by 11:59p.m. (PT) on December 27, 2006.

ELIGIBILITY: From the official time and date of the start of the Sweepstakes Period through the final date of prize fulfillment, you must be a lawful permanent U.S. citizen and resident residing in the 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia. You must also be 18 years of age or older as of the official time and date of the start of the Sweepstakes Period. Sweepstakes is void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. Military installations in foreign countries, and all other U.S. territories and possessions and where restricted or prohibited by law.
3. DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION: Potential winner will be selected from all eligible entries received in a random drawing held on or about January 5, 2007, by RPMC, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding in all respects.
4.
