PROMOTION PERIOD: Weekly Magellan® Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins at 12:00:01am Pacific Time on November 27, 2006 and concludes at 11:59:59pm Pacific Time on December 24, 2006 ("Promotion Period"). There will be four (4) separate Weekly Drawings during the Promotion Period. Each entry period begins on an applicable Monday at 12:00:01am Pacific Time and concludes at 11:59:59pm Pacific Time on the subsequent Sunday ("Weekly Drawing Period"). All entries must be received during the Promotion Period.
ELIGIBILITY: Participants and Winners must be legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia (excluding Rhode Island) and at least 18 years or older as of November 27, 2006. Subject to all laws and regulations and void in Rhode Island and where prohibited or restricted by law.
HOW TO ENTER: To enter, follow all instructions to complete the online entry form, including entering your name, address, city, state, zip code, e-mail address, date of birth, and day and evening phone number (including area code).
Entries limited to one (1) entry per person or email address per day. Sweepstakes Winners will be drawn from online entries only. One (1) prize per household.
PRIZE(S): One (1) eligible prize winner from each of the four (4) Weekly Drawing Periods will win a Magellan® RoadMate® 2000 (Approximate Retail Value: $399.99 each). The Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes is $1,599.96.
PRIZE DRAWING(S) : A weekly random drawing will be conducted by the Administrator within five (5) days after each Weekly Drawing Period from among all eligible entries received per Weekly Drawing Period. Non-winning entries
will be carried over into subsequent Weekly Drawing Periods. Winners will be notified by telephone and/or mail within seven (7) days after each weekly random drawing.
