Sorry, Deb . . . hope you're not feeling too crummy. I think I STAY anemic. . .they test me every time I try to give blood and will never take it because they say I'm anemic. (Doc doesn't seem overly concerned about it tho!) I'd tell you to eat some liver but (gag) they now say organ meats are NOT that good for ya. . .reach for the vitamans, girl!

Had half an "everything" bagel and a cuppa coffee (I mix a 3 spoonsful of those General Foods International coffees with "real" coffee. . .I need that HUGE caffeine boost in the a.m.). . .by 9 I'm manic tho
