We greatly appreciate you taking 5 minutes to complete this
short survey to find out if you are qualified to participate in an
online focus group study. Your feedback will be used solely for
research purposes and all responses will remain strictly confidential.

Each participant selected to participate in the 2nd phase of this
project, the focus group session, will receive $60.

it is because of the way the link is posted.... common error....take off the numbers and words ending....let me see if I can fix it for us.... hold on...learned about this just yesterday from a poster on another site.
