pop-ups

how do i get rid of pop-ups on my computer. the past few days i have been getting pop-ups every 2 minutes!!!!!
it has never happened before. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It sould like you might have some adware or spyware on your computer. Try downloading and using Ad-Aware. It's free and will root out any yucky stuff on your puter.

I use Mozilla Firefox and never get popups. What are you using Kelly? If you are using Firefox you can go to tools then options and set it to block pop ups.

i can't find anything on tools and then options that says anything about popups. what do i click on after tools and options christy??

ok, karen, i downloaded ad-aware. i scanned and it says i have 192 critical. what does that mean and do i erase them all? help
