Actually it does state the date on page under the product. And it was for only the first 2000. I am sure with all the freebie sites these days the 2000 was hit way before the cut off date anyway.

A lot of times companies forget to remove their "freebie" offers when they expire - it does happen more than you would believe. If I think a offer is kind of old or I might have seen it before sometimes I right click and look at the properties of the pages - if they are over 6 months old I generally figure they are over.

Very good advice and thanks for sharing. One thing to be careful is to double check the offer to see if it has been re-launched. Lol, there were a few that I almost passed over but after double checking I realized it was the same company with a new promo! They don't make it easy on us "Freebie Hunters" do they? Ha!
