BIL, niece, and her friend Sarah are in town. We all went out for
dinner and I had a wonderful baked Salmon dinner with green beans
that tasted like they had just been picked from the garden.
Yummy

We had grilled lean hamburger patties, salad, italian green beans, alfredo noodles, baked potato. I have been on my diet, so all I had was the salad, ham. patty and a 1/2 baked potato with ICBNB spray, and a small portion of the green beans. We tried using the Snacker coupons at KFC the other night, and they refused to honor them, so looks like I will be sending KFC an e-mail to find out why?

Thumbs up

I cook and chunk about 6 potatos and then I double my mama's deviled egg recipe. Instead of piping the yolk mixture into the white halves I mix it all together with the potatos.

6 hard boiled eggs chopped

Double of triple the follwing to taste and according to how many potatos you have.

1 tsp vinegar or pickle juice
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Worchestershire Sauce
4 T mayo

Couple dashes of tabasco if you like.

Sprinkle with papricka. I add a lil freshly ground pepper and sometimes fresh cilantro.
