Why not, DM? Do you brine it, or marinate it, or is it simply a patient bird? (I don't much care for game birds myself, so I'm curious if you wield some magic that makes them more palatable.)
As for my dinner...I forgot to put the chops in the slow cooker, so. . .I dunno!
