I went to see my friend and landlord on the way home. He'd been to Sam's and purchased a roast chicken and an inexpensive Wolfgang Puck 20-piece knife/block set. The knives were really decent for the price, and he was carving the chicken when I walked in. He insisted that I keep tasting and using the knives to carve bits and pieces off the bird. Turns out that it was dinner!
