Talking Country Style Pork Ribs

With homemade sourkraut and mashed potatoes..........I just made the sourkraut a few weeks back........so easy and so good!!!!

We had country style pork ribs last night! I cook them covered at 325 for 2 hours, then drain and add sauce (2 jars of plum jelly and half a bottle of sweet hot mustard) and cook them for another 30 minutes or so uncovered. Serve it up with white rice and stir fry veggies.

I just picked up another turkey at Safeway.

Turkeys were always a great loss leader in CO. I am surprised this isn't all over and was even more surprised they had this deal in WY.

DH used to take his work gloves and dig deep for the biggest one... usually waaaaaaaay in the bottom of the store's freezer. He used to laugh that the lil' women would fall in if they dug that deep.

My granny used to make the best saurkraut...I'm drooling now dartman.
