Corned beef is excellent.....
If you can eat pepperoni or salami you certainly can eat corned beef..........
Although I dont see and similarities between um......
Its very tasty....just pick up a rosst and ask the butcher how to prepare it.......very good with boiled potatos and cabbage.....very traditional St Pattys day meal......I make it 3-4 times a year!!!

If you can eat a hot dog you CETAINLY can eat corned beef!!

If your not sure just go to a local pub and order a Reuben....very good sandwich made up of Corned beef and sourkraut with thousand Island dressing on it!!

corned beef is a favorite of my family and we have it several times a year. the corning of the brisket actually tenderizes it if done right.
