1 - package (3 oz.) Jello Brand strawberry flavor gelatin
2/3 cup boiling water
1 - package (10 oz) Birds Eye Quick Thaw strawberries in syrup
3 1/2 cups (8 oz) Birds eye cool whip non dairy whipped topping - THAWED
9 inch graham cracker crumb crust
Dissolve gelatin completely in boiling water. Add frozen strawberries and stir gently until berries separate and gelatin begins to thicken. Blend in whipped topping; then whip until smooth. Chill, if necessary, until mixture will mound. (I have never had to chill it like this). Spoon into pie crust. Chill 2 hours. Garnish with additional whipped topping and strawberries if desired.
