Hey everyone - I was trying to check on a shipment from www.familysavingsoutlet.com and haven't been able to get any response. The website doesn't even come up anymore. Any suggestions? I ordered some software from them at the end of June and haven't received it yet so I was trying to see when it would be delivered.
Is their phone number listed on your credit card statement? If so, you could try contacting them that way. Otherwise, it's probably best to dispute the charges with your credit card company. Maybe their store went out of business. Please let us know what you find out.
Karen's point about dealing with it thru your credit card company is a good suggestion. If it looks like they took your order and your money and then closed up shop, you might also want to share that info with the State's Attorney General's office and the Better Business Bureau.
