Round Steak Casserole
1-1/2 pounds round steak, tenderized
3 or 4 potatoes, cut lengthwise
1 pound frozen cut green beans
Sliced onion to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Brown meat, cut into serving pieces, place in 9 by 13-inch baking pan. Layer with potatoes then green beans, then onion. Add salt and pepper. Pour soup over all. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 to 2 hours, until meat is tender. Makes 8 servings. Serve with spicy cornbread and a tossed salad.
