-1 box of Yellow Cake Mix
-1/2 cup Oil
-1/4 cup water
-2 ( 20 oz.) undrained pineapple ( crushed)
-1 ( 8 oz.) Cool whip
-2 small packs instant Vanilla Pudding
-Preheat Oven to 350 F lightly grease 9 x 13 cake pan.
-Mix cake mix, oil, eggs & water. Add one can of pineapple, mix until well blended.
-Pour into cake pan.
-Bake 40 minutes (or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean)
-Use electric mixer on low speed, beat cool whip, pudding mix & 2nd can of pineapple.
-Beat for 3 min's. Make sure pudding mix is completely dissolved.
-Spoon onto cake & spread. Chill before serving.
