Easy dinner...Baked Spaghetti with meat sauce (or not)
We never have leftovers if the kids are here.
Baked Spaghetti with Meat Sauce
8 ounces spaghetti
1 pound Italian sausage casings removed
1 (28-oz.) can spaghetti sauce any flavor
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, brown sausage in a large skillet while breaking apart; drain.
Preheat oven to 350įF. Grease a 2-quart casserole dish.
In the casserole dish, combine sausage, pasta and sauce. Top with cheese. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is starting to brown. Let stand 5 minutes before serving to allow cheese to set.
***I made it with ricotta, cheddar, and parmesean a couple days ago with extra heavy handed Italian spices, and garlic. It was SO good!
