Last year hubby and I bought a 32" flat screen at best buy for $159. We saved because the one we wanted was out of stock so they gave us a Shap for the same price. We jumped on that quick.

I received a very short reply from them today and this is what it said:

I searched the site and never saw that, so I guess it's all on me. My next step will be figuring out where to hook it up to make sure it works because I'm not sure we'll be using it before the 90 days is up. That will be the last time I make a "big" purchase like that online.

It's my own fault for not researching the product and the site before purchasing it. Dh and I were both hoodwinked into thinking it was a real flat screen TV, so we were both really disappointed. Now it will be a long time before we get to purchase another TV.

I was really glad to hear this worked out for you. Maybe companies finally realize how important good customer service is. Wonder if T-Fal has had any fallout from their fiasco with the free pan promo. Hell hath no fury like a freebie hunter scorned.
