Do you have any St. Patrick's Day traditions?

Now that everyone's older, I just make the traditional corned beef, cabbage, carrots & potatoes dinner. With both daughters moved out, we don't even have the kids fighting over the meat anymore!

I do try to buy one or two extra while they're on sale and put in my stupid freezer side of the side by side refridgerator I picked out years ago. That was one of the dumber things I've purchased. There's no room in that freezer side for anything.

I ONCE had a side-by-side fridge/freezer. I swore I'd never have another.

I have no problem with side y side fridge.....Just 2 of us though.........A person never needs to buy burger in more than 5 lb lots since there is ALWAYS burger on sale around here.....same for pork loins and steaks......

Only things I have lots of if I catch a sale is corned beef and roasts. ANd my fish fillets I guess.

no tradition here. maybe i'll make corned beef and cabbage with carrots and potatoes. havent made that in years.

I'll make brisket / cabbage / boiled tators and carrots..................Prolly get loaded too with the guys at happy hour......

We dont go to the parade anymore...........no need for a dwi.

no tradition at our house, and I have Irish in me...I personally dont like st pattys day, its just a overly green, little short man lookin for some gold..

corned beef and cabbage with carrots and potatoes and a big onion goes into my slow cooker. hope the corned beef goes on sale so can get 2 or 3 extra for the freezer.
