Wow! I think I'd be emailing customer service asking what the deal was.

I got an (almost) 2 month late birthday card from hubby's grandmother. LOL I will forgive her though since she enclosed a sizable check. And although it's not considered mail, I got my refund from returning the Philips 25" TV. Yay!
