Countdown to Summer!
Get a bikini body with Bally Total Fitness's first-ever eBook, which can be downloaded free of charge from www.ballyfitness.com. It separates fact from fiction, providing clear and concise information for beginning and maintaining an effective fitness and nutrition regimen. In addition, anyone who downloads the eBook will also receive a free 30-day pass to Bally Total Fitness and access to its breakthrough Built to Fit weight loss and nutrition program, which provides customized meal and exercise plans, and personalized support.

We all scream for ice cream!
Ben and Jerry's annual ice cream cone giveaway is back on April 25th. Started by the two founders 28 years ago, who conceived the giveaway as a way to celebrate their first year in business, B&J has kept the fun tradition alive, giving away almost a million scoops last year! Available at Ben and Jerry's nationwide, customers are allowed to go back for seconds, as long as they stand in line again.

Free stuff for film buffs
Avid moviegoers can score with AMC Theatres by joining their free MovieWatcher club. Members get a free small popcorn every Wednesday, and for every ticket you purchase you earn 2 points. For every 10 points, you can get a free ticket, popcorn or soda. And for earning 100 points you get a free night at the movies with a free ticket, popcorn and soda.

Put your best face forward
MAC Cosmetics rewards loyalty with its “Back to Mac” program. Bring in six used tubes of Mac lipstick (must be recyclable containers) and get a lipstick from their newest collection free.

Cool kids
Realizing their demographic is of the child-rearing age, W Hotels is offering fun and free events for kids and parents via their “Wee” Kids programs at 16 locations across the country. Events include cookie decorating, celebrity storytelling (Carson Kressley of “Queer Eye for the Straight Guy” will read from his book “You're Different and That's Super”), drawing workshops with local designers and even dainty tea parties. All events are free (unless they partner with a non-profit, and then it would cost just a small donation) and are open to the public.

Get sexy for spring
Maidenform is offering free fittings at J.C. Penney's. Getting properly fitted for a bra can make a woman look bustier, thinner and even taller, as 80 percent of women wear the wrong size.

Premium popcorn
For the month of April, Dale and Thomas will give customers a bag of one of their yummy-flavored popcorns (like peanut butter with white chocolate drizzle or country cheddar) when they trade in a bag of microwave popcorn. As an extra fun promotion, customers can also log onto www.daleandthomas.com and submit their worst popcorn stories in exchange for a free bag.

Do-It-Herself at Home Depot
Just in time for spring, Home Depot offers free clinics nationwide on everything from spring cleaning tips to rose gardening 101. A popular class is their Do-It-Herself workshops, where they offer fun designing classes for women, like how to have fun with color (red can look good in your living room!) to more practical things like how to install a ceiling fan. Another highlight is their Mother's Day clinics, where children and hubbies (or anyone else) can learn how to make a container garden or birdfeeder, and get to keep the gift to give to Mom.

Attention chocolate lovers!
The updated free tour ride at Hershey’s Chocolate World attraction will immerse visitors in the magic of making Hershey’s chocolate. The update of the tour ride is set to open in April 2006. A highlight of the ride is a trio of amazingly interactive and entertaining cows. The cows, along with a friendly bull named Hef, will provide a fun and informative look at how Hershey’s makes its delicious chocolate.
