I couldn't quit but that meant I was smoking in front of my baby. I got a flu ... one that just knocked me out. I slept 18 hours. When I woke up, I realized I hadn't smoked in 18 hours and if I could that, I could quit.
The first couple of weeks were a little unnerving learning to the things you were used to doing while smoking, now without. The computer and driving were the hardest, but I'd tell myself "great job" and focus on the successes.
I am confident this was a devine intervention.
12/11 is only a significant day becuase I quit smoking. Tyler's birthday is 12/20.
