Talking Iced coffee

Do not pay $4.00 a cup again!

This recipe I got from the owner of a small coffee shop inside Union Station in St. Louis years ago...it is so very good! GREAT to make at office treat days!

Stacey's favorite Iced Coffee:

Brew 2 pots of coffee (double strength)
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
2 cans of evaporated milk
4 tablespoons of brown sugar
4 table spoons of regular sugar
1/2 - 1 teaspoon of cinnamon (to personal taste)

Mix all together and chill, serve over crushed ice.
Makes one gallon.

I made this today and it is sooooo good! You're right, I will never have to pay $4.00 again. I used a high quality coffee from a local coffee roaster in the area and it was well worth it.

0love0046 I am telling you~

If you like Iced coffee, you will be HOOKED on this stuff! I can't even explain how good it is. I also like to make it then blend it in the blender with ice...so refreshing on a hot day!...

angelnstix: I am not sure if it is good hot, because I have never tried, it, but it can't be bad...it is that good!

This is my lounging on the swing reading a book drink...only, I can drink the whole pitcher...

Default Iced coffee...

After you make it and keep it in the frig, how long do you think it will stay good? I don't think I can drink a whole gallon in one day, but I love iced coffee and this sounds delicious!
