Register for the Diabetic Foot Ulcer Clinical Study
Are diabetic foot ulcers keeping you off your feet?
Do you have a wound on your foot that has been there for at least six weeks and has not yet healed?
Have you been diagnosed with diabetes and require treatment to control your blood sugars?
If you answered yes to these two questions, you may be eligible to participate in this clinical research study.
How does this investigational medication work?
The medication is a topical gel that is applied once or twice to the wound over the course of the clinical research study. The gel is designed to provide localized and sustained cellular release of a specific growth factor that stimulates a variety of wound healing processes. This technology provides sustained delivery of the growth factor directly at the wound site.
Who can participate in the clinical research study?
If you are 18 years of age or older, have a wound on your foot that has been there for 6 weeks or more and have been diagnosed with diabetes that requires treatment with insulin or other medication to control your blood sugar, you may be eligible to participate in the clinical research study.
Please note that these are not the only criteria for acceptance into the clinical research study. Only a medical professional who is a member of the clinical research study staff can make the determination of your eligibility to participate.
