How to Enter: Beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on September 2, 2008 until 5:00 p.m. ET on October 3, 2008, you may enter the Home & Garden Television ("HGTV") Great Fall Fix-Up Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") online by completing the online entry form by providing your name, complete address, phone number (including area code) and valid e-mail address (limit one online entry per person and per e-mail address per day). If an entrant uses multiple e-mail addresses to submit more than one online entry for a given day, only the first online entry for that day will be considered valid.

Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open only to residents of the U.S. and its territories, possessions and commonwealths (excluding Puerto Rico) who are 21 years of age or older. This Sweepstakes is governed by U.S. law and is subject to all federal, state and local laws. Void where prohibited by law.

Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will win $100,000 in cash. Total value of the Grand Prize: $100,000.

Drawing and Notification: The Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on or about October 20, 2008 by, Ritway Inc., an independent judging organization ("Sweepstakes Administrator"), and will be contacted either in person or by overnight courier and phone within approximately three (3) days of the drawing. The name of the Grand Prize Winner may be posted on the HGTV Website.

Enter every day, y'all...even if you don't use the house, you could sell it and pay yours off! The guy that won a couple of years ago said he entered weekly until the last couple of weeks, and then he entered ever day. Dosen't seem like much to me. . .altho I've entered every day for every year I've known about this and I still live in an apartment.

Been entering their sweeps like this one for years, but no luck.
Maybe this time I'd sell it and finish fixing up the house I own now.
