Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia
(excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Iowa, Montana, North Dakota, Puerto Rico and South Dakota) who are 18 years of age or older and located in the United States or D.C. at the time of entry.
Promotion Period: Promotion begins on September 7, 2008 at 6:00:01 a.m. CT and
ends October 4, 2008 at 11:59:59 p.m. CT (the “Promotion Period”). The sweepstakes Operator’s time clock is the official clock for this Promotion. For purpose of this Promotion, a "Day" shall be from 12:00:01 a.m. CT and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT except for September 7, 2008.
How to enter: During the Promotion Period, approximately 8,000,000 instant win codes ("Code") will be available by request via e-mail and on approximately 4,000,000 game pieces available at Circuit City store locations. A total of 12,000,000 codes will be made available for distribution during the Promotion Period.
To play the game, obtain a game piece at participating Circuit City store locations, while supplies last during the Game Period, complete and submit the entry form by entering your first and last name and e-mail address along with the code provided on the game piece. Continue to play the game by following the directions provided to see if you are an instant winner. If
you do not have a game piece you may request a code by going to www.circuitcity.com/sweeps at any time during the Game Period and clicking on the “need a code” link. Follow the instructions provided to receive a code.
A game code can only be used for one entry and cannot be reused. Submission of erroneous or incomplete information will void the submitted game play.
Limit one random Daily First Prize Drawing/Instant Win entry per Day of the Promotion Period per person. Entries submitted in excess of the daily limit or multiple entries submitted by means of software-generated or other automated processes will be disqualified.
By playing the Instant Win game, you will also be entered in a random Daily First Prize Drawing for a chance to win a daily prize as well as the Grand Prize. Limit one (1) random Daily First Prize Drawing prize per person, household and/or email address for the entire Promotion Period. If you are a winner of an Instant Win Prize, you are still eligible to win a prize in the random Daily First Prize Drawing and the Grand Prize Drawing.
Prizes, Drawing, Odds And Approximate Retail Values: There will be twenty-eight random Daily First Prize Drawings ("Random Drawing"), one corresponding to each day of the Promotion Period. Odds of winning Random Drawing depend on number of entries received corresponding to the Day of the Random Drawing Period in which you entered. Random Drawing prize winners to be selected in a random Drawing of all entries received corresponding to such Day on or about the following Day by Parago, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding with respect to this Promotion.
