As southeast Texas begins to rebuild, we’re committed to providing assistance to those who need help satisfying basic necessities that were lost due to the storm. Three of our Reliant Energy Beat the Heat Centers (located at City of Houston Multi-Service Centers) are open and providing support services
for those without power, including heated meals, water, ice, snacks, phone charging, Internet access and gas cards (while supplies last):
* • Third Ward Multi-Service Center (also offering resting cots), 3611 Ennis Street, 713-527-4005
* • Sunnyside Multi-Service Center, 4605 Wilmington Street,
713-732-5030
* • West End Multi-Service Center, 170 Heights Blvd., 713-803-1050
As always, our Customer Care Representatives are available via phone (866-222-7100) to help you with any account-related questions. We
are also accepting calls from anyone in CenterPoint Energy's service
area needing to report conditions related to electric service at their
homes or businesses. Reliant will convey this information to CenterPoint.
